Is it not time to Internationally ban any kind of membership or connection with the IS. Can they not be made an international Terror Group such As Baader Meinhof was in Germany in the 1960-70s. or ETA in Spain. It could be an offence to hold any membership of, to contact or be contacted by Is and certainly a Major offence to take part in any training with or to join any action With Islamic State. I also think they should be given an International Name. Because they are not a State and according to most sources they are not speaking for Islam.
About time somebody done something about them ,think they were called I S because there goal is to create a state strictly ruled the way they think islam should be, and anyone who dos'nt agree is bumped off, any way they can do it.
