There are some people like that here ,some time back I saw a blind lady with a dog in a spot of bother and people just walking past pretending not to see ,I went and offered help ,it was sorted in less than a couple of minutes and she and her dog were safely on there way .

If I saw FOUR people fall off a motorbike I wouldn't stop to help either.
