RIP Carla Lane

Carla Lane who gave us such shows as Bread, Butterflies and The Liver Birds has died aged 87. Carla gave us more laughs than a bunch of comedians. RIP Girl.

Bread was a bit strange but always worth watching.

I always thought Bread was funny but The Scousers lived a different way of life to the rest of us.

I know they can be, they are also very funny. It just comes natural.

I bet they were but we had very good clubs too. The 60s was the right time for it. Greedy owners would be charging too much these days and people just accept it.
