Great. But i hope that includes delivery vans/lorries that stop "just for a minute". It might also be expanded to include vand/lorries that double park while delivering, thus often blocking buses or anything bigger than a motorcycle

Some times parking on the pavement keeps the traffic flowing on narrow roads

But some drivers don't leave room for women with push chair's ,and they have to go in the road to get past,or people with mobility scooter's.

If you have to park on the pavement to keep traffic flowing then you shouldn't be parking at all. There clearly isn't room.
The pavement is for pedestrians and police cars, drunken drivers, quad bikes and motorbikes, push bikes, skateboards and hover boards.
Parking on it inconveniences so many road users it ought never have been allowed.

What's wrong with motorists parking on the pavement, surely there is room for us pedestrians to walk in the road?
