After just 21 years the rapid justice system at United Nations has found Radovan Karadzic guilty of war crimes. He is now aged 70 and may manage to come up with health reasons for not being detained.
If he has health reasons making it inhuman to detain him, then a quick shot in the back of the head over an open grave should suffice in preventing inhuman treatment.
That's the best and most effective form of justice. If only the people with the most to fear from such punishment weren't so influential in preventing its use.
