Morning All,
I hope you are all enjoying this weather, I've just got back from doing the shopping. The roads are not too bad, it's just the side streets that are a bit dicey.

Out again for another meal tonight, once again an eighteenth birthday. All that lowering the age of majority did was give the kids two big birthdays to celebrate. I don't know about the rest of you but we still keep 18 & 21 as major birthdays. I suppose when we die out 21 will be forgotten.

Quote: Sheldonboy wrote in post #22373 Good morning Phil Polar Bear baiting no doubt. Funny I always thought polar bears had no natural predators. you are obviously after Sunday lunch then.
I just thought it time we had a change from horse.
We have blood in our snow. A Sparrow Hawk has just attacked a Wood Pigeon, There were a dozen Crows and too many Magpies to count making a right fuss. After de-feathering and pecking a hole in its back the Hawk was disturbed and flew away. Fortunately the Pigeon is dead, unlike that last one which hung around for nearly two days.
Volty Maybe you could give the sparrow hawk an invitation to visit me. He/she could kill off the bloody pigeons and then the red kites that won't come close to let me get a good picture will come down to my garden
