A live goose will probably last about thirty minutes.
If you can guarantee that the freezer has never lost power then it will be down to the temperature.
The industrial freezers that stay at less than minus 18c can keep meat for many years.
I wouldn't trust a domestic freezer to keep anything longer than a year but it has to be extremely well wrapped.
The star rating of domestic freezers suggests three months.
Personally, I think that if you have to ask then you won't enjoy it anyway.

Now iv'e seen it all,my wife bought a bottle of port,she allways makes a christmas trifle ,with port in it.On this bottle was a label it read do not microwave.
