Centenary Square was temporarily closed off to build that God Awful Bloody obscenity of a so called Library. It looks like a Foreign Legion Fort covered in Barbed wire.
While it was being built The Rememberance Day Parade was squeezed up by Symhony Hall and in front of the Repertory Theatre. The Builders boards are down now and the Parade ground has been separated from the Hall of memory.
OUR CITY COUNCIL SHOULD ALL BE THOUROUGHLY ASHAMED.
