SB There is no doubt that private hospitals knock spots off the NHS but I'm not an advocate of private medical care. What I say is that if you want to pay for private medical care then pay for all of it and do not be massively subsidised by the NHS. Even our NHS has private beds and private wards, its the only way the doctors could be bribed to take part in the NHS. Now is some 60 odd years later and it's still going on.
