ok ok you lot [Hammers]

had a wonderful night roller skating...first time in 42 years..used to go 5 nights a week to Spring Hill roller rink and I really didn't think I would be able to put the skates on never mind stay upright...15 mins practice on the carpet area then away i went spending 2 hours solid on the rink and didn't fall once..oh it was at the Tower Ballroom and the skating is on the 1st and 3rd friday of every month so that's what i will be doing...I'm off for a kip now should sleep well tonight. [Gone to Bed]

good morning volty...well i wouldnt say miss whizz wheels but i was going at a fair pace...not bad for the first time in years..good fun
