I have just heard on the news.
The Metro (tram) Is planned to be extended from New St Station to Centenary Square now.
This will mean even more road closures and another boat load of money.

i know and i have now come to the conclusion that there is no point moaning about these things (although i probably will) the powers that be will do what they want when they want to our city at whatever it may cost...they wont listen to the likes of us..[Frowning]

I am starting to think I am glad I am near the end of my working life.
I know my hard earned tax will not be paying for this extravagance.

Evening all hope you had a good day.Heard this on the news earlier, government told N H S when writing out prescriptions not just consider the illness, take into account the persons contribution to society ,do they work ,or on benefit ,or pensioner, then give cheaper drugs to those who don't work.
