Pork pie and black Pudding sounds fantastic. Especially with some English mustard and a few Silverskin Onions. Wow that sounds nice.

I use to like pickled onions ,but recently the only ones that don't give me chronic indigestion ,are the silverskin ones.

For christmas night we have a cheese board with pickles ,and a couple of chutneys ,better than all sweet stuff.

My wife bakes her own ,but usually to many ,so some finish up on the bird table.
