Evening all ,very heavy rain here today ,hope this is not the end of summer,not done much since thursday ,we went for a pub lunch after a good morning in the garden,a nd it gave us both bad stomach ache ,not been right since,lord only knows what was in it ,be a long time before we go there again ,when we complained they just said sorry about that, and walked away.

Evening mr astwood ,thanks better but not 100 p,c, eating mainly yogurts and plenty of drinks,but a lot better than earlier in the week.
