We get ours from the local butcher its dearer but its good meat

In my opinion I prefer less with quality ,than a load of rubbish,i'm sure your the same .

I found Co-op chicken recently had the lowest water content of the many I have tried.
Could be a one off, I haven't bought any from there lately.
