Sorry to hear your wife is not well Jo, Ive had similar since Saturday , although the aches and pains have gone Ive got no energy.

very good SB..light snow again over this way and cold out so i will not be going very far today..really annoys me as i cant get out and about so much with my camera...still never mind we cant do much about the weather and it will soon be spring..
