Evening lyn ,same here ,if i get sunburnt I go red and sore so I dont like it to hot either.

In 76 I got badly sunburnt and that was at 7.30 in the morning playing football on Sandown beach.

During my first marriage,had a static caravan at brean near weston super mare,my first wife left me on the beach asleep for about 3 hours,it put me on the sick for 2 weeks with mild sunstroke ,I never want that again it was murder trying to drive home to birmingham, I had to she could'nt drive.

What I couldn't believe was how painful sunburn is. all across my shoulders. It's as painful and dangerous as any other burn.
