I hope it's not a low turnout but I suspect it will be. Most people have had things so easy for so many years they have got extremely lazy when it comes to elections.

It should be compulsory ,elderly or infirmed could have a postal vote,or vote on line,so there would be no excuse not to .

I don't think compulsory voting would work Joe. For one thing to be effective it has to be a secret vote. If I was forced to vote I would spoil my paper, it just wouldn't be counted.
