Good evening everyone no not yet I am in plaster up to my knee, I am very immobile and the pain is about 42 out of 10. I keep the plaster for at least two weeks then I get the big boot for about another eight weeks. I am not too bad in myself but the Phisio's are bloody Brutal. I am sleeping occasionally.
