Talking about sitting down ,I sat on a wooden bench ,its been covered all winter ,and guess what its gone rotten ,and I nearly went straight through it.

I never put on weight ,my average weight is around 12 ,and a half stone ,most ever been is 13 stone ,it varies very little.
