What worries me is that at a time when North Korea is threatening Nuclear. also India and China are launching Air Craft Carriers, Russia has only One carrier.
We have only one Carrier and it is about to be sold to Brazil. Our new Carrier deployment is years away.

Didn't think we had any carriers SB, One almost complete (without planes fro several years) and one half complete. HMS Ocean is scarcely a proper carrier

I have read in the last week that Brazil is buying our last one Mike, I don't know if it is from the Seagoing Fleet or The Reserve Fleet.

I think that is HMS Ocean, and it is still used I think, but it can only take helcop[ters, and a number of ordinary ships, i understand have helicopter pads, so, to me it is nio]ot a proper aircraft carrier

Evening all ,think its a bit warmer today ,but the weekend is going to be warmer but frequent showers ,got to be on a bank holiday hope you all had a good day.

Good evening everyone, Jo interesting that you think it's warmer, my wife and I were in town today and although we managed to dodge most of the showers it was freezing. I'm glad to say I have a heavy duty coat with a Sheepskin lining. Although it's nearly May I was well glad of it today.
