after a 4.2 million restoration project

Its really good to see The Scotsman refitted. I saw the Flying Scotsman at Snow Hill Station when it was retired. Around 1965 I think.

Saw the test run on telly ,brilliant ,that was british engineering at it's best ,built in 1926 if I remember right,would love to ride on it ,commentator said tickets for the test run ,£108 00 worth every penny.

I am sure it will be worth the wait. I intend to get a model of it. it won't really suit my railway but as an historical piece it will be worth having.
