I suppose I shouldn't say I like the idea, but I really wish that in the case of Simon Cowell they refer to someone had done the same to his car.

It's happening all over the country ,not enough police or warden's to enforce the ruling.

Most of these disabled parking bays are on private properties, such as shopping centres and supermarkets, where the police have no jurisdiction and it isn't an offence to park in them, just offensive to the rest of us.

Personally I don't mind a long walk from my car to the supermarket but some drivers aren't happy unless they can park at the checkouts.

Bit over the top to daub somebodies car with paint

That's criminal damage, no matter where the car is parked.
