Didn't the escalator at he end of New St going down towards the Bull ring collapse once? I don't think anyone died then though

just found this..looks to me as though those 3 members of staff were waiting for it to happen.. not much time to react but looks as though the one worker did have a hold of the lady at one point...shocking footage questions must be answered..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1j-RIpWzFE
