Give them a few years and they will be culling them, we know they will upset farmers at some time.

If by Fishermen you mean Anglers, then screw 'em. They have no rights over nature. Their lead and line have caused way too much damage over the years for them to deserve any consideration. Only Man hunts it's prey to extinction.
