I heard on the News tonight, that Peter Sutcliff is never to be let out of jail. I cannot believe that anyone could even consider letting that serial Psychopath breath any longer let alone walk free in society. SB
I am sure that Sutcliff is in a top security mental hospital , as you say SB he should never be free but I am surprised that the same rules apply there as in prisons ,I had visions of some deluded psychiatrist releasing him at some point. It's a relief to know that can't happen now Bernie
