I see nothing wrong. She shouldn't have a choice about school, she will thank her father when she is older.

So you might get tied to a bike. What better reason to go and get Dysentery, Cholera, Tuberculosis and Polio?

But if you live there, and school is your only ticket to a better life, then why wouldn't your dad make sure you made your reluctant journey to school without being dragged five miles through the mud and cow shit in order to get that chance of that better life?

Good point about the Education aspect, but if you can't handle your children without tying them up and using cruelty, then you are not much of a parent or a human being. If you are prepared to inflict pain you should be prepared to take it. The Mongerel should be horse whipped.
