I have just read the terms of the latest offer as I intend to take them up on it.
It will automatically renew at £14 per month after the first four months, but you can't cancel straight away so as not to forget, because they charge you £5 per month for the offer period.
Again it isn't a straight honest offer, it is designed to draw you in and then rob you blind.

Perhaps they will have an offer on now. I missed the £70 offer at Christmas so I'm blowed if I am going to pay full price now.

Latest offer from Ancestry is £20 for four months, £5 per month then full price per month thereafter.

I've taken this one up but I had to use my iPad to subscribe as the subs process for this and the previous offer wouldn't work on my main machine.
I will have to make sure I cancel during August.

They are all from the Frith collection, sp have seen most before.Supposedly there are 58 of Birmingham (though bournville and possibly other areas are considered separate. But quite a lot of those "separate photos" are actually enlargements of parts of others, and in one case there is a black and white picture of the flower display outside the council house and then "another " of the same photo with the flowers coloured in !
