A few years ago, some doctor gave my wife the wrong medication ,she finished up in a wheelchair ,for some time so I know what it's like ,it was only by her own determination and hard work she walked again ,no thanks to the medical profession .

Pushchairs can be folded, some poor guy who can't use his legs would have a spot of trouble folding his chair. When are these idiot Judges going to get in the real world.

It was the woman with the pushchair who was being selfish, not the bus driver or the much criticised Judge.
The bus company could not have done anything about her without the driver getting police assistance, delaying all the other passengers and risking a law suit from the ignorant mother.
Bus drivers are just that, they are not upholders of the law and protector of human rights. If we want that sort of bus service then we will need a minimum of two man crews with police assistance never more than a few seconds away.
Disabled places on buses would still have to be enshrined in law before the police could eject a paying passenger.

Give and take on a bus, you are kidding. It's every man for himself even Police only get on in twos.
