Yes Phill, we don't allow naked Rabbits, but the lovelly lickle Bunnies are out in the Rabbit house, not in our house. I do hope this has helped to quell your concern. As strange as it may seem, we don't eat them either. Lady Sheldonboy would be absolutely Appalled don't you know.

SB,
Please be more accurate with your bird numbers.
The Wood Pigeons and Collared Doves, for instance, pair up and are very rarely seen alone. The sight of a constant odd number is a bit sad.
Magpies are in great number by us and are more of a gang than identifiable pairs.

Typical numbers in our garden during the last three years or so, depending on the type and quantity of bait, are:

Magpie 16
Wood Pigeon 12
Blackbird 8
Blue Tit 20
Sparrow 6
Robin 4
Collared Dove 2
Woodpecker 1
Grey Heron 2
Jay 2
Wren 2
Various others 5

Excuse me Mr Bill Oditty, If you polish your specs after having your third cream cake, my piece about the Collared Doves does actually state that the Collared Doves are very young, all I think are maybe brothers and sisters and so are quite unlikely to be paired up together it may sound strange to someone who resisdes in the back roads of Yardley but under age incest is not encouraged in Sheldon.
I also read with great concern that you put bait down for these wild creatures, can one ask what you do with them when you catch them?
I am rather suspicious about the exagerated bird count, how do you know for instance that the same Blackbird hasn't been back 12 times, or did they have different coloured beaks. Also what were various others, Vultures/Penguins maybe. SB

Hi Sheldonboy

What a shame you can't have a chinchilla they are so nice, the one we had years ago, we used to let him out and have a run round but they are so quick it used to take two of us to catch him, but they do a lot of damage you can't just let them out and leave them they love wood and will gnaw there way through anything! but we did train him to go back in his cage eventually.

June

You can borrow my wife's ball & chain for your Chinchilla if you like. It would be good to get rid of it for a while. I might be able to sneak out.
