Some Times I Just Hate People

They have no Respect for anyone or anything

It can't be said too often.

If you are not sufficiently able to deal with a utility employee on your own…..
Never let any stranger into your home.
Even if they are genuine utility employees, they do not have the right to enter.
You do not have to let them in, no matter what reason they claim to have and no matter what consequences they predict.
Don't be rushed into helping them do their job, that's their problem.
You do not have to make phone calls to check their credentials, just tell them to go away.
Insist on them making an appointment in writing for when you have someone with you.
Never let more than one person in at a time.

Learn this while you're young, it will be useful for when you are 92 and not so self confident.
