Oscar Pistorius

#1 by Sheldonboy , Fri Mar 14, 2014 6:14 pm

We know murder is terrible, any loss of life is terrible. But why is such a big thing being made of the Oscar Pistorius trial. It's not in this country and Pistorius means nothing to me. Maybe the media should take more notice of the good and Bad things that happen in this country for a change. Maybe the population of this country would me more aware of what is going on.

It's because so many people seem to have this peculiar fixation with sport , whether its football, athletics or whatever. The papers are just churning out gossip about the people so many of their readers want to hear about.

Can one believe it? One isn't allowed to go home early after murdering ones sleep over girl friend while she pees.

The prick only got five years and now it seems his remorse doesn't even run to serving that pittance full term.

There is a reason to complain about injustice, the injustice that the very dubious character who was the judge allowed him to be convicted of manslaughter rather than murder

That would be the judge that rambled on for days about why he was nearly not guilty.

That case was Law gone mad. A real murder and the trial turned into a long very boring Joke.

Despite the erroneous Manslaughter finding now being set aside and a judgement of Murder being entered, Pistorious is still not going back to prison anytime soon.

I can't believe that only now are they asking for his passport, he's been at liberty, more or less, since he was let out in October.
