Yea but I often wonder what triggers this madness, stress,pressure they are under,drugs etc,its a sad reflection on todays society.

If you read the report you will see that madness is nothing to do with it.
It is the usual.

It may be the usual, does that make it sane?.

No, but it doesn't prove insanty either.
Unless they work under a contract which has a sanity clause.
But of course there is no Sanity Claus.
