A quote from Ruth Greenburg, according to the BBC.

Why not hold the event and find out? It is only a pub, not the world summit for self respecting women.
And It is only the poster they can complain about at the moment, so that is no reason to cancel the entire event.
Even if any women do turn up it is no reason to assume that they are not self respecting and the assumption that any men will attend is just as derogatory.

Sounds to me as if Ruth Greenburg is telling other women what to think as well as what to do, whilst classing all men as lecherous half wits.

See, I didn't say anything nasty about Ruth Greenburg. Isn't that generous of me?
