The guy got caught trying to import beef from the UK, which the Canadians have banned.
Regarding the other stuff the Canadians aren't so bothered and left the stock on the shop shelves.

"These are technical violations of the regulations," the agency told the BBC in a statement. "There is no food safety risk associated with these products."
