I see the Guy who stabbed the two big issue sellers to death in Brum got twelve years. How can this be enough.

Life is cheap today i'm afraid, two deaths and only 12 years ,if you robbed a bank you would get more than that,a few years ago

If he is a paranoid schizophrenic he should be kept in a secure hospital permanently until some way is found to ensure he takes his drugs. If he is not and is fit to be charged and sentenced, then he should receive consecutive sentences for each of the two men and then another for wounding the hospital staff member.
