In my opinion Damn right he should.
Its about time the penalties fitted the crimes and the authorities who are employed by and paid by the people of this country started protecting us instead of the spineless mollycoddling that has always been the case.

Don't get too excited SB.
It has to get past at least two judges yet. They won't have clue what is going on and the first one will probably let him go free anyway.
