Drunk Tanks

What a bloody good idea. Get these tramps off our streets and make our towns a little bit safer and more pleasant.
I would keep em in for 24 hours. Then they can explain to their family and boss, if they have either why they were missing.

A good idea in principal, but knowing ACPO's previous record, this might end up as as scheme run by ACPO , with their own members sending people to these tanks for their own excessive profit, all of which would go to their members, with probably a cut to compliant political parties

it sounds to me like a bunch of private company thugs will be handed a constant supply of unwilling victims.
Followed by the extortion and violence required to extract money from people who don't have it.

Maybe so but if its an answer to a bunch of Drunken Thugs scaring people, urinating everywhere and making our town centres no go zones I am all for it.

I hate Halloween, I'm barely fit for Guy Fawkes appearances after all that haunting.
