What am I doing today?Not much..........got no energy with this cold and feel like a slug.

My Daughter's birthday tomorrow so supposed to be going out to lunch with her and babysitting for her tomorrow night so got to try and sparkle up a bit.

Today, among many other things, I put up a Discone aerial in the loft and installed some RG58 down to my desk so I can listen to the world on Signman's Kenwood.

Hi VM,glad you finally got round to using it, was a bit worried I'd put you on a bum steer, as long as it's ok that's fine with me ENJOY.

I have been using it Signman, it has lived in my workshop with a short wire aerial until this week. I just wanted a better signal so I could get some of the weaker stations and listen to it while at my desk.
Currently I'm listening to a Spanish station on 585Khz.
It's a great piece of kit Signman, thank you very much.

usual things to do today, just off to the market, then a Bull b/fast.
Going to Symphony hall this evening. Iknield Male Voice choir are performing, It is run by friends of ours. SB

Today is the first day of the rest of my year.
