First class delivery is supposedly next day delivery . However the item covered by the receipt below dated 1.2.2014 was actually delivered on 7.2.2014. Documents only of no financial worth, but this is unacceptable . Presumably they would like you to spend £6.22 for special guaranteed delivery. But then this is Conservative Britain.
