Money to regenerate seaside towns

A brilliant idea but cosidering the scale of the job 29 million is a drop in the ocean (forgive the pun). Yes rebuild the holiday resorts it will give the Bulgarians somewhere to work when they get here.

when i first read it - i thought the deprivation they were refering to was the low moral standards of the bucks and hens parties that thrive there

That sort of trash is what has ruined Blackpool mate

I first met my wife 32 years ago on a day trip to blackpool .just a few days ago was talking to someone who had recently been there, they said it was a mess once you went of the sea front, and half the front was boarded up

I took my aussie wife there, we stayed on the sea front , this place made faulty towers look like the ritz. the owners would not let us into the dinning room for breakfast until they had rangg the bell dead on time, not even to sit, then counted the toast. as it was my wifes first trip to the Uk she thought is was funny and quaint, not the words I used
