Police had no lawful justification for shooting dead a man in north London eight years ago, a report says.
Former High Court judge Sir Christopher Holland needs to be in the policeman's shoes for a while.

Despite the fact that the man was a known career criminal and was sitting in a car full of guns, are we supposed to feel sorry for him?
