One Film Star I could watch all day. I have only seen him in one film I didn't like
The great CHARLES BRONSON. He made some great films in my opinion.

What a star this guy was, a monster of a man with a great character. He made so many films, when I was growing up he seemed to be on the telly all the time.

What about the Duke, horrible man but a great actor. I hated musicals even though I would like some of the songs in the films. I couldn't stand the way they just suddenly broke out into song during a conversation.
I'm a fan of old black & white films, not the B movies because some of them were absolute rubbish. Though I could sit and watch some of the classics for ages.

without going to much in the past as im not a film buff - the posts did remind me that as a young child growing up in Gem street I used to walk up towards moor street there was a cinema that just ran cartoons, and the first real musical I saw was seven brides for seven brothers which i saw at the end of our street at the Gaiety
thanks for the memory jog
