Good morning JJ I remember the Ring O Bells, I was sitting in the lounge one evening on a bench seat against the wall. there was a quite large heavy picture on the wall behind me, at least it was until it jumped of the wall and dollied me on the back of the head. It had been there so long the cord had rotted. At least the picture wasn't broken and everyone had a good laugh. Then they had to check the other pictures just to be safe. SB

hi JJ what a sad sight indeed but one all too common these days... our pubs once the back bone of community spirit are fast disapearing....it would be nice to see a pic of the ring o bells in its hey day...i will see if i can find one for you or maybe phil might have one...

Yes Jack, and for those who live almost opposite for the past thirty odd years, it is a particular eyesore now...here's a few when it was in it's prime...we used it for many happy years...
