Birmingham Council Job Cuts

Birmingham City Council have approved savings of £69million in the next financial year.
Up to 2000 jobs are at risk. The City employs 52,000 staff at present.
The union UNISON have pledged to fight for every job. "Every redundancy is a personal tragedy".
