Am I the only one who likes the smell of the home perm then?
It may be because I like most raw chemical smells.
As for perfume, I'm with Phil, it doesn't make me ill exactly but I get various allergic reactions, mostly sore throat accompanied by sneezing, headache, sore eyes, runny nosemtrouble breathing and an anger response.
Perfume seems to be compulsory in so many things that I have great trouble shopping. I am restricted to only two hair shampoos, one soap, one sun tan lotion, one washing up liquid, one clothes washing liquid, one deodourant, etc.
The aisle in the supermarkets with all the killer poisons in it, washing powders, etc, is also usually the aisle with the cat food so I have to suffer.
