Very nice, especially for those going on a jolly to London at my expense.

I fail to see the advantage in "promoting Birmingham’s great cultural, scientific and industrial heritage".
This is a monument that very few of us will ever see.

point taken on your last line volty...we have to make do with that awful gold tacky statue thats sits in broad street...
